Description
The Clinical Systems Trainer will train, implement, support, and optimize Yardi and other clinical technology solutions across multi-site senior living and healthcare communities. The role partners with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to deliver in-person and virtual training, support implementations and go-live activities, maintain training resources, monitor adoption, and promote regulatory-compliant workflows and change management. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of related healthcare technology experience, and 51–75% travel; the estimated salary is $85,000–$106,000 with medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and paid parental leave benefits.
