Description
SOL Mental Health is hiring a licensed mental-health clinician to provide evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children; support patients in crisis; and complete accurate documentation. The role requires an active Colorado license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, direct clinical-care experience, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and collaboration in a team environment. Compensation is $60,000–$100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee and clinical-hour-based incentives, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, retirement, paid time off, professional liability insurance, and other benefits. The position is based in the Cherry Creek location and has an anticipated start date of 2027.
