SOL Mental Health is hiring a licensed mental-health clinician to provide evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children; support patients in crisis; and complete accurate documentation. The role requires an active independent license in Maryland and direct clinical-care experience, and is based in Rockville with hybrid work. Compensation is $70,000–$90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical-hour-based incentives, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
