Primary Health Solutions is hiring a Clinical Trainer to oversee and implement clinical training and development initiatives across departments. The role develops onboarding and clinical curricula, assesses new clinical employees’ competencies, supports HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding, coordinates recurring training, and oversees the Medical Assistant Preceptor Program and related placement programs. The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant or higher clinical degree, at least three years of healthcare training experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of electronic medical records.
