Description
Hologic is hiring an experienced Clinical Trial Lead to lead and manage clinical project execution for simple to complex clinical trials in its Diagnostic Solutions R&D team. The role is responsible for clinical monitoring plans, site identification and selection, CRA and site training, study materials, site start-up, enrollment monitoring, quality control, and continuous process improvement. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at the Marlborough, Massachusetts office three days per week, with a minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent qualification and at least six years of progressive clinical research experience in an industrial setting.
