Precision for Medicine is hiring an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead the clinical aspects of oncology studies across multiple countries. The role manages trial operations from site selection and start-up through enrollment, monitoring, data cleaning, regulatory documentation, and close-out; leads CRAs; mentors team members; and coordinates with sponsors and internal teams. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in a science or health-related field, experience leading clinical aspects across multiple countries in a CRO, pharma, or biotech company, significant oncology clinical trial management experience, knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development, availability for domestic and international travel, and English communication skills. The position is remote in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the employment country without employer sponsorship.
