Bupa is hiring a full-time Unit Manager for its care home in Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford. The role pays £20.03–£24.08 per hour depending on experience, requires 36 hours per week, and involves 7:30am–7:30pm shifts with alternative weekends. The manager will work clinically on the floor, support nursing duties, assess residents’ wellbeing, maintain records, provide clinical guidance, mentor and delegate to the team, build relationships with residents and families, and liaise with local partners. The position requires a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin and relevant clinical experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
