Clinical Unit Manager at Bupa

Bupa is hiring a full-time Clinical Unit Manager for a care home in Dean Wood, Brighton and Hove. The role leads a clinical team, assesses residents’ wellbeing, maintains accurate records, provides clinical guidance, mentors staff, builds relationships with residents and families, and coordinates with local partners.
