Altasciences is hiring a hybrid Clinical Vendor Management Specialist to support Clinical Operations by sourcing and recruiting physicians, specialists, and vendors for patient referrals, procedural support, and consulting services across clinical studies. The role manages vendor and physician relationships, agreements, rates, project timelines, screening and enrollment metrics, presentations, referrals, and study-specific operational needs while collaborating with Project Management, Recruitment, Contracts, and Clinical Operations teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
