The Clinically Advanced PA provides advanced clinical care in a designated specialty, maintains patient-care responsibility under a supervising physician, and leads a PA team and associated medical teams. The role includes clinical expertise, mentorship, quality improvement, patient safety, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development. Candidates need more than five years of experience in the clinical specialty of hire or in a medical-team/PA-team leadership role. The annual salary range is $171,057.23 to $205,613.15.
