Description
YCS is hiring a full-time Clinician to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving youth and families. The role includes assessments, safety and soothing plans, treatment and discharge planning, individual and group therapy, treatment-team meetings, and delivery of trauma-focused CBT, structural family therapy, and allied therapeutic leisure pursuits. The position reports to the Clinical Director, offers flexible scheduling, 40 hours weekly, a sign-on bonus of $2,500, and benefits including paid time off. Candidates need a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and an independent New Jersey clinical license, or an eligible master’s-level therapist licensed under on-site supervision with a plan to achieve independent licensure within three years.
