Kilbarchan Residential Program is hiring a full-time Clinician for its co-ed residential treatment facility in Paterson, New Jersey. The role combines clinical and case management work with adolescents aged 12–17, including individual and family therapy, group therapy, safety and soothing plans, treatment and discharge planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Candidates need a master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or social work and an independent New Jersey clinical license; on-site supervision is available for LSWs and LACs with a plan to achieve licensure within three years. The position offers a flexible 35-hour weekly schedule, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and benefits including paid time off, flexible scheduling, CEU reimbursement, and public loan forgiveness.
