Description
Ascentria Care Alliance is hiring a Bilingual Clinician to provide culturally sensitive mental health assessments, individual and group counseling, trafficking screening, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic services to unaccompanied refugee and migrant youth. The role includes clinical supervision, treatment planning, documentation, program compliance, referrals, and coordination with community providers, with services delivered in office, foster-home, virtual, and community settings. The clinician must hold a master’s degree in a relevant behavioral science discipline, have Massachusetts licensure or eligibility, and be bilingual in English and Spanish; two years of postgraduate adolescent direct-service experience and supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
