Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time, center-based Clinician in Training for an entry-level Behavior Analyst role. The position pairs the candidate with an experienced BCBA mentor and progresses through shadowing, delegated non-billable tasks, assessment and programming support, and independent consult work. Responsibilities include shared caseload support, learner materials, therapy-material maintenance, CST and BIC assistance, progress reporting, parent meetings, and data updates. Candidates must be finishing supervision, waiting for the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure, with 1,650 supervision hours and the ability to lift and transport clients weighing at least 30 pounds.
