Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is hiring a full-time, in-person Clinician for its Supervised Release Program at the Staten Island Justice Center in Staten Island, New York. The role provides pretrial clinical and case management services, including participant intakes and assessments, crisis intervention and de-escalation, referrals, evidence-based individual and group programming, compliance monitoring, court reporting, outreach, documentation, and collaboration with court and community stakeholders. Candidates must have a master's degree in a mental health field and three years of direct practice experience; an LMSW or other mental health license is preferred. Experience in pretrial or criminal legal settings, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, substance use or mental health services, and bilingual English-Spanish ability are preferred.
