Description
The Clinician/Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy for members with behavioral health, substance use, and developmental disability needs, including DBT, recovery, trauma empowerment, and other evidence-based treatments. The role also conducts pre-admission assessments, maintains treatment and transition plans and clinical documentation, participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision, supports crisis consultation, and collaborates with the treatment team to improve clinical outcomes. The position requires a clinical license in the state of employment, at least two years of direct clinical experience, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team in a residential setting.
