Description
Lucet is hiring a Utilization Management Clinician to review initial and concurrent behavioral health authorization requests, determine medical necessity, coordinate care with members, families, providers, and clients, and support discharge planning. The role requires an unrestricted clinical license in the relevant state, at least two years of direct psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work from a fixed home workspace. Compensation is $72,000-$77,000 annually plus a discretionary incentive, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid leave, and other benefits.
