Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Structured Finance Associate with 2-6+ years of experience in private securities offerings, securitization, general bank lending, syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, or structured lending. The role requires excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience, with CLO, ABS, and CMBS experience preferred. The expected base salary is $235,000 to $390,000 per year, with potential performance and discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and possible relocation benefits.
