The Closer is a remote mortgage-closing role based in Texas, responsible for drawing and funding loan documents, reviewing executed documents for investor-compliance, resolving funding errors, wiring loans, and providing customer service to branch offices, closing agents, investors, warehouse banks, and internal departments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of mortgage loan closing, funding, or related mortgage-industry experience, knowledge of mortgage documentation and compliance, and proficiency with Mortgage Builder, Point, and Doc Magic.
