Description
The Closing Processor manages residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, processing closing files, reviewing title commitments and clear requirements, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, and ensuring file accuracy, completeness, compliance, and readiness for closing. The role requires prior Closing Processor or similar experience, knowledge of title and escrow processes, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
