Description
Ascent Developer Solutions is hiring a full-time Closing Specialist to manage private lending transactions from clear-to-close through funding and disbursement. The role coordinates with Credit, Underwriting, Treasury, Loan Officers, borrowers, title and escrow companies, closing attorneys, and other partners; reviews and balances closing documentation and settlement statements; verifies funding conditions; prepares wire instructions; and resolves discrepancies before funds are released. The position is on-site at Ascent's Encino office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home, and pays $36.00–$42.00 per hour plus overtime, with a discretionary annual bonus of up to 15%.
