Description
Ford is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Closures Systems to own the end-to-end technical strategy, design, delivery, validation, launch, and ongoing support of global closures systems. The role leads engineering KPIs, design reviews, supplier development, technology and standards development, cross-functional execution, and the professional development of engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of Closures Systems and BIW design and release experience, and 3–5 years managing an engineering department. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence four or more days per week, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
