Binance is seeking a Compliance Technology Specialist to support Legal, Compliance, and MLRO teams with policy reviews, remediation tracking, and the design and implementation of AI-driven compliance and legal operations systems. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, benchmarking, evaluation, and rapid prototyping of solutions for legal file handling and compliance workflows. Candidates need five years of relevant compliance, legal-tech, regulatory-tech, or software development experience, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on production RAG and advanced agentic AI experience. The position offers a work-from-home arrangement that may vary by business team.
