Description
The Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer delivers, operates, and improves customer on-premise and cloud environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualisation, networking, storage, and server platforms. The role handles operational issues and customer projects, supports infrastructure and security controls, uses PowerShell and automation, owns incidents through resolution, documents changes, and participates in on-call and onsite customer visits. It requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, virtualisation, Microsoft 365, Azure, troubleshooting, documentation, and change control.
