Description
Tharseo IT is hiring a Principal Cloud Architect (Cloud Architect Level 4) to lead the design and implementation of secure, enterprise-scale cloud environments for federal and mission-critical workloads. The role provides architectural leadership across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and platform engineering; guides modernization and migration efforts; develops reference architectures and engineering standards; and mentors engineering teams. The position is primarily remote within the United States, with periodic customer travel and potential onsite support in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Candidates need 12+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, 5+ years designing large-scale cloud architectures, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible expertise, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
