Roke is hiring a Cloud Architect to develop cloud architecture strategies and design secure, scalable, highly available AWS solutions for mission-critical national security work. The role involves implementing and migrating cloud environments, establishing governance and security controls, optimizing infrastructure, and advising engineering, operations, and development teams. Candidates need public-sector, national-security, or defense cloud delivery experience, customer consulting experience, cloud security and risk expertise, AWS knowledge, networking, infrastructure-as-code, containers, CI/CD, DevOps, and scripting skills. The position is based in Woking or Romsey, with some client-site work in London, and requires valid DV clearance.
