Description
The Cloud Architect will establish and mature Microsoft Azure architecture, governance, automation, security, operations, and migration practices for enterprise cloud services. The role partners with infrastructure, security, enterprise architecture, development, data, risk, audit, vendors, and managed service providers; provides hands-on technical leadership; and creates standards, reference architectures, runbooks, and training. Candidates need 5+ years of Azure architecture and engineering experience, including infrastructure-as-code, secure environments, cloud migrations, and DevOps or SRE practices. The permanent position is based in Lansing, Michigan, is hybrid, and pays $140,000–$170,000 per year.
