Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for the Erebus Program, a seven-year effort delivering intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The role oversees cloud computing strategy, cloud application design, cloud management and monitoring, agile product development, platform virtualization, and SaaS or IaaS solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing complex environments, designing architectures, developing hardware and software designs, and working with dynamic languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, and Java. The position requires substantial object-oriented enterprise application experience, cloud and containerization experience, CI/CD and scripting skills, Linux experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.
