Description
Avnet is hiring a Cloud Security Architect to design, advise on, and assure secure cloud architectures across enterprise platforms and digital initiatives. The individual contributor will develop secure Azure and other cloud patterns, review architectures and integrations, support identity, access, DevSecOps, threat modeling, and risk-based decision-making, and collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams. The role requires extensive cloud security architecture experience, strong Microsoft Azure expertise, and typically 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent; cloud or security architecture certifications are preferred. The position is hybrid and requires U.S. citizenship, national status, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status.
