CGM is hiring a Cloud Database Engineer to design, build, operate, and automate PostgreSQL database services on Kubernetes in private cloud environments. The role involves GitOps and Infrastructure as Code, updates and security patches, collaboration with the Managed Kubernetes team, and expansion of additional database services. Candidates need IT or computer science training, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes expertise, experience with PostgreSQL high-availability solutions, and strong German and English skills. The position follows a hybrid schedule of two days per week from home and three days on-site.
