Capgemini is hiring an experienced cloud database operations and AIOps engineer to design and automate multi-cloud database infrastructure, configuration management, observability, self-healing, disaster recovery, security/compliance, and performance optimization across Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MySQL environments. The role requires deep experience in public cloud operations, infrastructure as code, scripting, AI-powered operational tooling, and database administration, and includes flexible work arrangements plus health and retirement benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of database administration experience with Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
5+ years of public cloud operations experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
7+ years of experience integrating observability platforms with AI/ML for predictive analysis and anomaly detection
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, PowerBI, Cognos, Sapiens, Alteryx, IDMC, ILM, SAS, BusinessObjects, Glue, SPSS, or ODI
Experience with AWS Bedrock agent frameworks and Azure Copilot for database operations
Experience building AI-powered operational agents
Incident response and root cause analysis experience
Disaster recovery planning and testing experience
Cost optimization and capacity planning experience
Compliance experience with PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR
