Description

CleanSlate Technology Group is hiring a full-time hybrid DevOps Engineer to design and deliver modern DevOps platforms for AWS and Azure cloud solutions. The role leads implementation efforts, advises clients on DevOps practices and architecture, automates infrastructure and application deployments, supports enterprise-scale platforms, and mentors team members. Candidates need substantial DevOps and cloud experience, including AWS or Azure, Infrastructure as Code, automation, security, and enterprise software development, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of experience working with DevOps platforms or similar automation
5 years of experience designing and implementing DevOps platforms
3 years of hands-on AWS or Azure cloud implementation experience
1 year of Infrastructure as Code implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications: AWS certification or willingness to obtain one
Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Amazon CDK, Azure Resource Manager, or Terraform
Experience with Python, PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#, or other automation or shell scripting languages
Exposure to Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes
Exposure to Sonar, CheckMarx, Veracode, Fortify, or other OWASP tooling
Knowledge of DNS, load balancing, and firewalls
Experience with development and automated testing
Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture
