Description

Northstrat is hiring a Cloud/DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. The role involves infrastructure-as-code and containerization, cloud infrastructure administration, troubleshooting deployments, Agile sprint-based development, and contributing to architectural decisions. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, a specified security certification, and an active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and a polygraph.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED
Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with AWS command line and console, Lambda, KMS, and workspaces
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering
Experience with HashiCorp Terraform and Terragrunt
Scripting ability in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Knowledge of Karpenter, Valkey, Velero, and networks
Familiarity with JSON and XML protocols
Understanding of OWASP or DevSecOps frameworks
Cloud certification such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform
Ability to be read into special access programs
