Description
Ekco is hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to provide second- and third-line support for customer cloud platforms, monitor availability, manage ITIL-based changes, and support on-call operations. The role also designs and deploys Azure and AWS infrastructure, performs migrations, maintains Terraform and Kubernetes environments, builds container and observability solutions, automates operational tasks, and works with customers and technical account managers. Essential qualifications include production Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, scripting, cloud networking and identity, Docker, and ITIL-based service support; previous MSP or multi-tenant experience and relevant certifications are desirable.
