Description
The Cloud Engineer will design, build, and support secure, high-availability AWS environments for customer transformation initiatives. The role establishes foundational AWS architecture using Control Tower and Landing Zone Accelerator, implements multi-account governance and security controls, and leads large-scale migrations from on-premises and VMware estates to AWS. Responsibilities include workload discovery, lift-and-shift and replatforming, infrastructure-as-code provisioning, hybrid connectivity, data migrations, automation, observability, cost optimization, and migration documentation. The position requires 6–10 years of infrastructure experience, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field, AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification, and strong AWS, networking, security, and migration expertise.
