Description
The Cloud Engineer will plan, build, and operate secure IT infrastructures in data centers or private cloud environments, monitor and respond to incidents, harden systems, automate processes, provision test and development environments, and create standardized operating policies. The role requires an IT degree or comparable qualification, several years of experience with secure virtualized and private-cloud infrastructures, knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenStack, CI/CD, GitLab, monitoring tools, and Infrastructure-as-Code, plus fluent German at C1. The position is available in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Münster, or 100% remote, with compensation of up to €80,000 gross per year.
