Description
Cigna is hiring an Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst to provide second- and third-level support for a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud estate, primarily AWS, including application VMs, EKS containers, compute, storage, networking, identity, serverless, monitoring, security, backup, and migration workloads. The role also builds support models for new services, maintains infrastructure as code with Terraform, automates operations with Python, Bash or PowerShell, coaches infrastructure operations staff, and participates in on-call coverage across international time zones. The position requires strong enterprise cloud support experience, Terraform, containerisation, scripting, cloud security, backup, migration, monitoring, and financial acumen, and offers hybrid working with regular office attendance.
