AIS is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, initially assigned as a Cloud Engineer IV, to support federal shared-services teams by migrating sensitive workloads to the cloud. The role focuses on designing secure, scalable, highly available Azure Government cloud solutions, implementing infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, leading cloud migration and consulting engagements, and advising stakeholders on security, compliance, cost optimization, and operational reliability. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 10+ years, or a PhD and 7 years, plus an active Secret clearance and relevant cloud and security certifications. The targeted base salary is $102,000-$154,000 per year.
