Description
Netrix Global is hiring a Cloud Engineer to manage and troubleshoot on-premises, hosted, and cloud IT infrastructure for Netrix and its customers. The role covers Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, file and print services, Hyper-V and VMware virtualization, SAN storage, backup and restore operations, disaster recovery, updates, change and problem management, and customer-facing incident and service request resolution. The position requires 5–7 years of hands-on infrastructure experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and includes on-call rotations, client onboarding, and at least two days per week in the United States during the day shift.
