Description
The Cloud Engineering Manager leads and develops a cloud engineering team, manages cloud platform capabilities, drives automation and AI-enabled solutions, partners with platform and engineering stakeholders, establishes engineering standards, and improves cloud reliability and operational excellence. The role requires at least five years of related experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with major cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. Vanguard does not offer visa sponsorship and uses a hybrid working model for most crew members.
