Description
The Cloud FinOps Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for participating in FinOps implementation projects, managing ongoing customer engagement, and guiding customers in optimizing cloud consumption through financial and technical expertise. The role includes onboarding customers to cost-management systems, answering billing and account questions, delivering consulting engagements, transitioning to ongoing services, building reporting frameworks, analyzing cloud cost and usage data, presenting to executive audiences, and contributing to service improvement, sales enablement, and strategic planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant experience, client onboarding experience, presentation leadership, FinOps reporting capability, and Cloud FinOps Practitioner certification. The estimated pay range is $85,000–$100,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, savings, insurance, and other benefits.
