Five9 is hiring a Cloud Governance Engineer to define and enforce governance policies across its multi-cloud estate, primarily Google Cloud, with AWS and Azure. The role covers cloud standards, exception and waiver processes, IAM and network security controls, resource labeling, cost governance, dashboards, and stakeholder communication. It requires at least four years of public-cloud experience, including two years hands-on with GCP, along with Terraform, Python, and policy-as-code capabilities. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
