Description
Amazon is hiring a Cloud Hardware Development Engineer Intern to support the design, bring-up, validation, testing, and deployment of custom silicon and related hardware systems. The intern will develop firmware or low-level software, debug hardware-software integration issues, write tests, and collaborate with ASIC, systems, and software teams. The role requires enrollment in a relevant bachelor's or master's program with graduation in December 2027 or later, coursework or projects in digital logic and computer architecture, and familiarity with hardware description languages and fundamental digital design concepts. The intern will be paired with a mentor and manager and may work in Austin, Texas, or Cupertino, California.
