Description
The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cloud environments, responding to alerts and incidents, applying security and patch recommendations, optimizing performance and costs, managing backups and disaster recovery, documenting procedures, and collaborating with product and development teams. It requires a B.E., MCA, or M.Sc. qualification, 2–4 years of experience, public-cloud expertise preferably Azure, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, network architecture, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud design, migration knowledge, and customer-support or ITSM experience.
