Description
The City of New York is recruiting one IT Infrastructure Engineer to function as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for the Department of Social Services. The role designs AWS and Azure landing zones, network segmentation, connectivity, cloud security, and hybrid migration architectures; builds and maintains infrastructure as code; monitors cloud platform health; and provides technical guidance to project teams. The position operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and requires a baccalaureate degree plus either four years of relevant datacenter, cloud, or complex IT infrastructure experience, or eight years of experience with a baccalaureate degree.
