Description
Crusoe is hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Operating Model Manager to establish and own the execution operating model for Cloud Infrastructure. The role will set priorities, unblock cross-team dependencies, run staff meetings, partner with product and Chief of Staff organizations, produce leadership updates, and drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and execution-health reporting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical program management, software engineering, or technical product experience, strong distributed-systems fluency, and a record of driving multi-team infrastructure initiatives and process adoption. The role offers up to $230,000-$280,000 plus bonus and equity, along with health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
