11:11 is hiring a full-time Cloud Integrations Engineer to support and guarantee a positive migration experience for its customers. The role plans, provisions, migrates, and optimizes cloud-based customer environments; triages migration requests; escalates and resolves integration and migration problems; collaborates with internal teams and vendors; and manages customer relationships and service tickets. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of hands-on enterprise VMware administration, extensive VMware management-tool experience, experience with scalable virtualized infrastructure, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and four years of technical support experience with hands-on troubleshooting.
