11:11 is hiring a full-time Cloud Integrations Engineer to support and guarantee positive migration experiences for its customers. The role plans, provisions, migrates, and optimizes cloud-based customer environments; triages migration requests; escalates and resolves integration and migration issues; collaborates with internal teams and vendors; and manages customer relationships and service tickets. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of hands-on enterprise VMware administration, extensive VMware management-tool experience, experience with scalable virtualized infrastructure, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and four years of technical support experience. The role reports to the Manager of Cloud Integrations and requires the candidate to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
