The Cloud Manager will lead the modernization of the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey systems by establishing and managing an Agile cloud-native delivery team. The role translates legacy SAS architecture into AWS-based Python solutions, coordinates migration sequencing and risk management, oversees CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and cross-system integration, and aligns delivery with federal governance, architecture review, and ATO processes.
