Description
Everpure is hiring a customer-facing technical support or Site Reliability Engineering professional to support large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes and containerized workloads. The role involves troubleshooting customer deployments, guiding POCs and production environments, collaborating with engineering teams, tracking support cases, and maintaining technical documentation. Candidates need 2–4+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of Kubernetes or other container platforms, cloud experience, and willingness to work onsite five days per week in Prague, with shift work and on-call rotations.
